Stacy pre-ordered the Wii Fit and was lucky enough to get in on the first shipments. She and the boys are all over it, doing the yoga thing and competing against each other in the balance games.

I’m looking forward to a tai chi application so I can get in out of the field.

My dad took up tai chi once as a relaxation technique. After a couple of weeks we asked him how it was going.

“Fine,” he said. “I’ve got the whole routine down to under 5 minutes.”
